Shipping policy

All orders placed on www.cobra-suspension.eu are processed and shipped by PSR Parts, official authorised dealer of Cobra Suspension, from our warehouse at Pompmolenlaan 41A, 3447 GK Woerden, The Netherlands.

Processing
Orders are processed on working days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Products that are not in stock or are made to order have a longer delivery time; this is shown on the product page or communicated to you by email.

Delivery times
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days within Europe and 3–7 working days outside Europe. Delivery times are an indication and may vary per carrier and destination.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight and size of your order. The exact shipping costs are calculated and shown in the checkout before you pay.

Destinations
We ship within the Netherlands, Belgium and the rest of the European Union, and to selected countries outside the EU. The available countries are shown in the checkout.

Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.

Customs and import duties (outside the EU)
For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check the import rules of your country before ordering.

Damaged or lost shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days at info@psr-parts.com or via WhatsApp (+31 85 060 8827, messages only) and we will resolve it with the carrier.
